Refunds & Returns Policy
At Direct Homestead Supply, we believe returning a product should be just as stress-free as buying it. Whether something arrived damaged or you simply changed your mind, our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns beyond this time frame.
2. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: We’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

If you changed your mind or no longer need the item: Return shipping is your responsibility.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives broken or doesn’t function as expected, let us know within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once we inspect the item, you’ll receive either a full refund (including original shipping costs) or a replacement—whichever you prefer.
4. Changed Your Mind?
No problem—returns for unused items in original packaging are accepted within 30 days. Simply send the item back to us at your own cost. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund for the product (excluding any original shipping charges).
5. Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note: banks or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it, feel free to reach out to us at support@directhomesteadsupply.com.
6. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the product and the reason for return. If applicable, this will be discussed with you before finalizing the return.
